General Questions about Flaska

Is the Flaska bottle durable?
Flaska bottles are made from thicker, more robust glass, making them resistant to impacts, tipping, and other minor accidents.

Which size should I choose?
The size of the Flaska bottle depends on your hydration habits and where you plan to use it most frequently. If you’re often on the go or don’t have regular access to water, we recommend the larger Flaska (0.75L), which offers more independence between refills. The smaller Flaska (0.5L) is convenient for daily use at the office or home, where more frequent refilling is possible. For home or office use, we also recommend the Vodan glass jug (1L). The most important factor in choosing the size is your hydration habits and how much water you drink daily.

What sizes are available and how much do they weigh?

  • Flaska 0.5L: 27 cm × 7 cm, 508 g
  • Flaska 0.75L: 30 cm × 8 cm, 667 g
  • Vodan Jug 1L: 31 cm × 9 cm, 600 g

Does the Flaska bottle contain BPA?
No. Flaska is made from glass, so it is completely BPA-free.

Where is Flaska made?
Flaska is designed, developed, and created in Slovenia. All knowledge, research, and development are the result of Slovenian expertise and over 20 years of experience in water structuring. Flaska bottles are manufactured in a carefully selected Italian glass factory with a long tradition and high standards, where they precisely follow our designs and specifications. The special glass programming process with vibrational information is carried out in our center in Begunje, Slovenia, ensuring the quality and authenticity of each Flaska.

General Questions about Water Structuring

What is structured water?
Structured water is water whose molecules are arranged in a more organized pattern, similar to fresh spring water in nature. Flaska uses the special Glass & Vibe programming process to transfer vibrational information into the glass, which helps the water return to its natural structure. The result is water with a better taste and improved properties.

What does “programming the glass” mean?
Programming the glass is a four-phase process where the key Glass & Vibe technology allows vibrational information to be encoded into the glass.

What information does the glass contain?
The glass contains carefully selected vibrational information that is harmonious and beneficial for restoring the water to its original spring structure.

How long does it take for the water to be structured?
The process begins as soon as you pour water into the Flaska. We recommend at least 5 minutes of contact to achieve optimal structuring. For the best effect, shake the bottle before drinking, as this will maximize the structuring efficiency.

What if I want to renew the vibrational program after several years?
The vibration encoded in the Flaska glass is permanent, does not expire, and does not wear out. After the production process, all products are additionally supported by our radionics system, Quantec. However, if you feel that the vibrational program no longer works as it once did due to strong electromagnetic exposure (e.g., microwave or induction stovetop), we recommend renewing the program. Send the product to our address, and we will return it reprogrammed within approximately 15 days.

What can affect the effectiveness of Flaska over time?
The glass does not wear out over time, nor does the vibrational encoding. However, Flaska is sensitive to strong electromagnetic fields, such as those from a microwave or induction stove. We recommend keeping it at least one meter away from such sources. To maintain its quality, we suggest hand washing the Flaska.

Does boiling water destroy the structure?
If the water is boiled, most of the structuring effect is lost. Therefore, we recommend preparing hot beverages (such as tea or coffee) separately and then pouring them into the Flaska. For hot drinks, we also recommend the Angelica glass cup, which is specifically designed for this use.

What does the symbol at the bottom of the bottle mean?
The symbol is a cosmogram or energy symbol, designed by geomancer Robi Lavin – it protects the glass programming from negative influences and connects the water with its original structure.

General Questions about Maintenance

How do I clean the Flaska?
We do not recommend cleaning the Flaska in the dishwasher. Clean it using an appropriate brush and ecological detergent. Limescale is best removed with a mixture of vinegar and water, which should be left in the Flaska overnight and then rinsed. You can also use baking soda.

Can I use Flaska for juices or other beverages?
Yes, you can pour juices, tea, or other beverages into the Flaska. However, we recommend using the Flaska for drinking water, as water is the beverage that best benefits from its energy structuring properties.

How do I remove limescale?
Fill the bottle with 1/3 vinegar and 2/3 water, leave overnight, and rinse.

Is Flaska suitable for both hot and cold beverages?
Yes, the robust glass can handle both temperature ranges. However, avoid pouring boiling water into the Flaska, as it could cause the glass to crack. For hot drinks, we recommend the Angelica cup.

Special Customer Questions about Flaska

Does Flaska remove toxins from tap water? How long should I wait before drinking it?
Flaska does not remove potential toxins from water – for that, you need a filtration device. Flaska neutralizes toxins by up to 45%, as confirmed by the Allium cepa test. If your water is of very poor quality, you cannot skip filtration. However, if the water is at least of medium quality, Flaska will noticeably improve it, and additional filtration is unnecessary.

If I pour water from Flaska into a regular glass, does it remain structured, and for how long?
Once poured into a regular glass, the water remains structured for at least 24 hours. Drinking directly from the bottle provides an added benefit, as the vibrational structure can further adjust to your personal energy. In short, pouring gives you structured water, while drinking directly from Flaska provides personalized vibrational structured water.

Can I store milk in Flaska in the fridge?
We don’t have experience storing milk in Flaska, so we cannot provide a clear recommendation. Flaska is primarily designed for water, where its vibrational programming supports the structuring process. It would be interesting to test it, especially with pasteurized and homogenized milk, as Flaska also affects other liquids. However, milk is more sensitive than water and spoils quickly, regardless of packaging. If you decide to try it, please share your experience with us.

Does Flaska structure only spring water, or does it also work with RO (reverse osmosis) and distilled water?
Research shows that Flaska also structures RO and distilled water, but the process is much more effective when the water contains minerals. We recommend adding a few drops of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, or both to pure H₂O.

Does Flaska contain lead? Is it tested and certified as 100% lead-free?
Flaska is made from safe, tested glass. While there may be very small traces of lead in the glass, the water from Flaska is 100% lead-free.
Glass is categorized into three main types:

  1. Crystal glass – contains about 20% lead and is problematic for health. It is usually used for decorative items and is restricted in some places.
  2. Regular soda-lime glass – most commonly used in the food industry. It contains negligible traces of lead and is completely safe. Flaska bottles are made from this type of glass.
  3. Lead-free crystal glass – high quality but more expensive to produce. Our Vodan jug and the “Love and Gratitude” glass are made from this material.

I bought Flaska on 12.11.2020, but haven’t used it in a while. Now I’m worried it may have developed dirt or microbes. Can I replace it?
Glass is very safe and inert – microbes have a hard time developing on it. Simply clean the bottle well; we recommend a mixture of water and baking soda and leave it to work overnight. The programming of Flaska remains active – all Flasks are constantly under vibrational monitoring with our Quantec device. Therefore, the water structure remains at the same level as when purchased.

Do I need to “charge” my Flaska in the sun, like some other energy tools?
No, Flaska doesn’t need to be exposed to the sun. Our technology works remotely – all Flasks are continuously supported vibrationally by our Quantec device.

I’m very interested in Flaska; Peter Sage mentioned them in a workshop. Do they remove chlorine and other harmful substances from water?
The Glass & Vibe technology does not filter chlorine or other substances. For that, you need an external filter. However, Flaska reduces the genotoxicity of the water by up to 45%, which means it decreases the negative effects of all substances (chlorine, heavy metals, etc.) in the water. If your water tastes relatively good, Flaska is sufficient. If the taste is poor, we recommend filtration.

Can I use distilled water, or does it need to be directly from the tap?
It’s best if the water contains at least some minerals. If you use distilled water, add a little salt and lemon juice. A great solution is also sea plasma from Agua de Mar – we highly recommend it.

We use an RO filter that adds calcium and minerals to the water. Will Flaska work with this water?
Yes, Flaska works excellently with RO water enriched with minerals. Adding minerals is important for two reasons:

  1. This water is better for the body than pure RO water (which is “empty”);
  2. Water structuring is more effective when minerals are present.
Flaska is an ideal addition to your water purification system.

Are there scientific proofs that structured water retains its properties after consumption?
There is a divergence between traditional science and new fields of science regarding structured water. Classical science mostly denies its existence, while new scientific areas are actively researching it. The leading expert in this field is Prof. Gerald H. Pollack – you can watch his presentations on YouTube. For us, personal experience is key. On our website, under the “Discover Flaska” section, you will find many tests showing the effect of Flaska on water structure. After more than 15 years on the market and hundreds of thousands of satisfied users, we believe in the power of Flaska. People report that the water tastes better and they drink more – which is key to health. If you want to explore the topic more deeply, we recommend the book Dancing with Water by MJ Pangman, which contains many scientific references.

I wanted to ask about the Sigil which is found at the bottom of the glas cup Angelica. I couldn’t find any description about the meaning on your website. As you probably know, these symbols are powerful and a description and/or story of it is a universal necessity for people using it.
It’s always a bit challenging to explain energy symbols or sigils, as people may have different levels of understanding or experience with them. While we have provided explanations for the symbols found on our Flaska products on the “Discover Flaska” page, the symbol on the Angelica cup has not yet been included in those descriptions.

Each energy symbol (cosmogram or sigil) is unique and created specifically for the intent behind a particular product and its vibrational program. The symbol on the Angelica cup is done using sacred geometry, and its purpose is to bring inner peace and harmony. Additionally, it enhances the functionality of tea, coffee, or any other drink for the person using it.
